Meet The Team

Tim has been involved in real estate and construction since 1995 and has built several new homes and renovated and remodeled existing homes over those years in Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky.

I have been in this industry since day one having been born to parents that worked in both real estate and construction. I studied communications and marketing at UK then obtained a real estate license with a focus on residential and investment real estate. I had the opportunity and along with mentors founded a renovation construction company completing numerous home remodels and other projects. Nic Vagedes came in as a partner and we realized that partnering with others experienced in the business we could grow and expand into building new homes in the Northern Kentucky and Greater Cincinnati are.

I currently reside in the Union, Ky area with my wife and two children.  I have a degree in Biological studies, as well as over 8 years as a former licensed KY home inspector.  My interest in construction and rehab started at an early age, and my wife and I have spent the last 8 years investing in real estate, as well as numerous rehab projects throughout Northern Kentucky. I am a community centric individual and believe we can all do our part to raise the bar for all our neighbors. 

Over 35 years of experience in the building and remodeling industry with a focus on planning, project management, safety and quality.  A high level of craftsmanship with a passion for woodworking including custom trims, cabinetry and furniture design / build and restoration.  Bachelor's of Business Management degree from Northern KY University

After graduating with a degree in natural resource management I worked for 5 years incorporating sustainable and environmentally friendly building practices for Boone County.  I have worked in remodeling and flipping houses for the past 3 years.
